Causes for Ankylosing Spondylitis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. HLA -B27 Gene<\/li>
  2. Bacterial infection<\/li>
  3. Viral infection<\/li>
  4. Gut infection<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Symptoms of Ankylosing Spondylitis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    1. Back pain and stiffness<\/li>
    2. Limiting movement<\/li>
    3. Frequent pain in lower buttocks<\/li>
    4. At early stages, the person will experience Mild fever, Loss of appetite and discomfort<\/li>
    5. Pain might extend to Ribs and Ankles<\/li>
    6. Major Pain occurs at Sacrum and Ilium Joints<\/li>
    7. Laziness and Weakness<\/li>
    8. Difficulty in breathing due to Ribs pain<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Panchakarma Ayurvedic treatment for Ankylosing Spondylitis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      In Ayurveda, it is addressed as Vata Dosha which affects Bones. Panchakarma treatment for Asthimajja gata Vata (Vata Dosha with bone and bone marrow),<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shalishastika Pinda Swedam <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Shastika rice cooked in Balamoola Kwatha and Milk. 1.5 Liters of Water, 500 gm of Shastika, 1.5 Liters of Balamoola Kashayam is boiled until it becomes a solid paste. This solid cooked rice will be collected in a cloth. Shiro Thailam will be applied to the scalp. Abhyanga oil massage for about 10 mins will be performed. The tied cloth is dipped into Balamoola Kwatha at moderate heat. Massage will be performed with the medicated cloth gently over the body. It is performed until the medicated riced gets exhausted. This treatment will be performed in 7 positions as advised by the physician. Later, the <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Duration: 45 to 60 mins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Treatment Timings: 7.00 am to 11.00 am and 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Anuvasana Basti<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Medicated oil administered thru Anal. 100 to 250 ml dosage will be administered during the therapy based on the patient’s condition. This Therapy is followed right after lunch. The dosage will retained for about 3 hours inside the Anal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
