      Abhyanga Oil Massage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Panchakarma Herbal medicated Oil Massage. It might be performed for 45 to 60 mins. Oil will be applied to the whole body which starts from Head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Swedana<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Hot Fomentation (Moist heat) is applied on the same areas as that of Abhyanga. It is performed for about 10 to 15 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Improves Blood supply<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Pizhichil Therapy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Lukewarm medicated oil massage performed on the whole body. Dipping cloth in the medicated oil and squeezed throughout the body. The massage is performed for about 30 to 45 mins. Course duration 7 to 14 days, depending on the patient’s body Prakruti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. Used to treat chronic bone-related injuries<\/li>
          3. Strengthens muscles<\/li>
          4. Relaxes the body and mind<\/li>
          5. Anti ageing<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Shirodhara Therapy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            Pouring medicated Herbal Oil on the head. During this treatment, the person will lie down with the head position tilted. During Shirodhara, the oil pouring vessel will be oscillating. The oil temperature is maintained at 40 degrees throughout the treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            2. Boosts memory<\/li>
            3. Calms the nervous system<\/li>
            4. Improves blood circulation to the brain<\/li>
            5. Controls high blood pressure<\/li>

              Shirodhara can be performed with any of these based on the Dosha<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Thaila Dhara (using oil)<\/li>
              2. Thakra Dhara (using medicated buttermilk or buttermilk)<\/li>
              3. Ghee Dhara (Using Ghee)<\/li>
              4. Jala Dhara (Using water)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Kati Vasthi Treatment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                Will make one round with wheat to store the oil. The wheat circle will be placed on the back and the herbal lukewarm oil will be poured into it. From this treatment, muscles pain will be relieved. Nerves will be strengthened. Joints gaps and swelling will be reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Greva Vasthi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                Kati Vasti performed on the neck which removes neck pain and strengthens muscles and nerves over the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Njavara Kizhi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
