      Self diagnosis of Sciatica<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      1. Lumbar Disc Herniation can be diagnosed by lying down and lifting the leg (30 degrees to 70 degrees) straight. Leg pain might be with L5 or S1 tension. MRI scan can reveal the severity and the root cause.<\/li>
      2. Degenerative Disc disease might be with the tension from L4 or L5<\/li>
      3. Lumbar Spinal Stenosis can be diagnosed with flexion or leaning forward thus causing back pain. Pain will be severe with Backward spine movement <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Kerala Ayurvedic Treatment for Sciatica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
