How to differentiate Desi Cow and Jersey cow milk?
A1 Milk is produced by Jersey Cow whereas A2 milk is produced by Desi Cow. Desi Cow will have a hump in the backside. Jersey will not have the hump in the backside and it is flattened. Des Cow will have a flap of skin beneath the neck whereas Jersey Cow does not have.
