Panchakarma Herbal medicated Oil Massage. It might be performed for 45 to 60 mins. Oil will be applied to the whole body which starts from Head.

Dhoomapanam

Inhalation of medicated smoke. Inhale smoke from one nostril and exhale from mouth and repeat the same for the other nostril thrice.
